According to the video widely shared online, Murkomen angered youths who were listening to him after he said that police officers have been told to shoot to kill anyone who will attempt to move closer to a Police station during protests.
Those who were there shouted him down and asked him to retract his statement since the lives of Kenyans are more important than a police station. The shouting forced him to end his speech and thank those who attended the briefing.
” Those who attacked the Police station and our officers are criminals. We have advised officers to shoot anyone who will approach a police station in future. ” Said Murkomen.
