Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is a man on a mission. Since his removal from office, he has proven to be a vibrant leader that won’t go away easily even after the humiliation he faced at the national assembly, senate and the courts.
A few days ago, Gachagua and his allies were attacked, their cars vandalized by goons who stormed a funeral service he had attended. Although he was not harmed physically, he attributed the attack as an assassination attempt.

In an interview with NTV Kenya, he maintained that he was the target during that time. He even pointed fingers at government operatives for trying to intimidate him and force him out of the political arena.
