Slain Kasipul member of Parliament Honorable Charles Were Ong’ondo’s body is being taken round Homa Bay County headquarters.
The body touched down at Kabude airport where it was received by Governor Gladys Wanga and other dignitaries. The family of the deceased was also present armed with the late pictures as a sign of mourning their departed leader.
Well, just after entering Homabay town, drama was witnessed forcing the Hearse driver to Shut the doors.

According to the video shared online, residents started touching the coffin ferrying the late member of Parliament. The plea from bodyguards who were guarding the hearse landed on a deaf year forcing the driver to briefly speed off before closing the doors to the hearse.
The situation was handled well and the driver finally opened the doors again for the residents to mourn their leader. Ong’ondo will be laid to rest at his home in Kasipul.
