Former Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiangi has made a bold move just days after announcing his Presidential Bid.
A few days ago, Matiang’i together with other leaders Stormed Kisii and Nyamira counties with other leaders from the region. He declared his candidature and went on to ask Kenyans to support his bid. Well, today, according to various reports, he made a bold move.
According to Political analysts Pauline Njoroge, Dr. Matiang’i took his campaigns to the Maa community where he held meetings with Maa leaders. He asked them for their support in his bid come 2027 general election.

Many Kenyans have praised Matiang’i for getting out of his region and touring other places ahead of the poll. It is anticipated that he will be the opposition main candidate in the general election. He is targeting to send Ruto home come that time.
