Former Kakamega County senator Honorable Cleophas Wakhungu Malalah has spoken after a court decision to stop Gachagua replacement as Deputy President.
Sitting in Milimani law courts, Nairobi. Justice Chacha Mwita issued orders temporarily stopping the appointment of any person as Deputy President until the case is determined on 24th this month.
Cleophas Malalah who is a close ally of Rigathi Gachagua has shared his views on the decision. Account to him.
Malalah has lauded the court decision to allow Rigathi Gachagua to have his day there. He has emphasized on the importance of rule of law and the significant role that the judiciary is playing in upholding that.
