Speaking to us, Malalah revealed that his tournaments are not politically linked as people are putting it. He emphasized, his mission is to see youths survive in the country through talent and sports is one of the major ways of showcasing that. He continued by asking people from all political sides to come together and witness greatness.

” There is time for everything. Our tournament is   not political. We are naturing talents that are not spotted at all. We are giving young boys the opportunity to show the world what they have and allow other people that scout them and offer opportunities ” said Malalah.

“This is a sixth edition I have been running this tournament. Some people are here claiming I’m using government funds to run it. Now, where was I getting funds to run the tournaments since 2018?  Instead of fighting me, they should come up with ideas on how we can help our people here.” Added Malalah.

Malalah has called on youths to register through their respective teams and prepare well for the tournament that finals will be staged at Mumias Complex Stadium, Kakamega County.
