Wiper Patriotic Front leader Kalonzo Musyoka on Friday paid a solemn visit to the family of Machakos Senator Agnes Kavindu and former Senator and ex Commissioner Johnson Muthama to offer his condolences following the death of their son, Moses Muthama Nduya.
The visit, marked by quiet reflection and prayer, drew close family members, friends, and political allies who gathered to mourn with the bereaved household.
Kalonzo was received at the family home in Machakos, where he took time to console the parents and relatives, emphasizing the importance of unity and compassion during moments of grief.
Speaking to mourners, Kalonzo described the loss of a child as one of the most painful experiences any parent can endure. He urged the family to draw strength from faith and the support of friends and the wider community.
“In such a difficult season, we can only stand together, pray together, and support one another,” he said, noting that words alone could not adequately express the depth of the loss.
The Wiper leader also acknowledged the long standing friendship and political journey he has shared with the Muthama family, recalling moments of collaboration and mutual respect in public service.
