The President of the republic of Kenya his Excellency William Ruto has finally opened up on the recent elections in Tanzanian.
President Samia Suluhu of Tanzanian was elected into office with the highest percentage in the county’s history. She got about 98% of votes cast in the election that the opposition parties were banned from taking part in the election for not meeting some requirements.
Well, speaking during an interview with Aljazeera reporter, Ruto was asked about his views on the just concluded Tanzania general election.

He responded carefully by admitting that it is tough to get over 96% in the election in a democratic environment. According to him, Kenya has progressed well in the matter of democracy as compared to the neighboring countries which are still catching up on the whole process.
When he was pressed hard to make it clear if he was claiming the Tanzanian election was not free. The president of Kenya cleverly diverted the question by claiming many countries are still learning from the process.
Since being declared the President elect and being sworn in as the official President of the republic of Tanzania. A section of Residents are still lamenting the death of their loved ones who were allegedly killed by the police officers who are silencing the opposition voices.
