Many Kenyans have reacted to the matter. Some have claimed that the father was right since everyone has a special way of mourning their loved ones and the church should have accommodated his way of doing things instead of attacking him.
The church should not dictate how we should mourn our people. They should just preside over the burial and not dictate what he must be done.” Said one of the mourners who spoke to us.
