The President of Uganda his Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who has been in power as the President of the republic of Uganda for over thirty years has explained how Uganda can end corruption completely.
Speaking to Ugandans at an interview, the veteran politician explained how he is going to implement a corrupting free Uganda plan once he is re-elected back to the office.
According to Museveni, Uganda has been experiencing corruption even when the British empire was still ruling. After they left, the Africans continued to loot public resources without any fear of regards to those they led.

He has therefore proposed a situation where a commission of watchdogs will be appointed to monitor those who are elected to Power. The watchdog team will have Power to take action over the cases and report them to the relevant authority.
With this, corruption will end immediately since the empowered watchdog team will be willing to report any corruption cases to the relevant authorities.

Many Ugandans are questioning President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s call for the end to corruption. According to them, he has been in power long enough to have implemented everyone he is promising Ugandans now.
He is expected to faceoff with Ugandan opposition Chief Bobi Wine who has intensified his campaigns in the rural areas of Uganda and he is hoping to lead Uganda after the January, 2026 general election.
