Since the passing of the late Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga on October 15, 2025. Things are not the same within the broad based government.
Speaking in Kasipul Constituency, Homabay County. Homabay Town member of Parliament Honorable Peter Kaluma has fired a warning at the United Democratic party accusing them of sabotage.
Kaluma has Called on President William Ruto to call to order those people from Nyanza who belong to Kenya Kwanza administration but are fighting Orange democratic Party candidate who is supposed to be a broad based government candidate.
Those mentioned by Kaluma are Evans Kidero and Magwanga who are the Homabay County Deputy governor. He has been vocal on campaigning for Philip Aroko despite him being the second in command to Gladys Wanga.
This is an indication that things are not working out well in Homabay County and the Orange democratic Party might need to hold an urgent meeting to sort out their Issues before the party breaks into fragments.
