The abduction and forced disappearance of Ugandan main opposition leader in Kenya is still sparking mixed reactions online. Dr. Kisa was abducted in Nairobi Kenya while planning to attend Martha Karua’s book launch.
He was driven to Uganda under tight security and he is currently appearing before the court marshal for allegedly being in possession of a military gun with the intention of rocking the government.
Well, Karua is one of the lawyers representing him. She traveled from Kenya for that reason and she has issued a declaration that might affect President William Ruto’s administration.

Speaking in Uganda, Karua claimed that her together with other Lawyers are planning to file a Case against Kenya and Uganda for violation of Dr. Kisa rights. She claimed that Uganda has no jurisdiction in Kenya and the abduction of her client by Ugandan forces was unconstitutional.
If she manages to file the case and win, president William Ruto will be a pain to explain how foreign opposition leader was abducted in the country under his watch.
Karua and other leaders are expected to get temporary law practicing licences from Uganda so that they can represent Dr. Kisa Biesyge. He is expected to be brought back to Court marshall on 10th December.
