He was just an intern posted to the department at procurement docket and he was not involved in any tendering process as alleged. He went on to clarify that the late died due to a road accident in Machakos county on weekend. He was allegedly coming from Makueni County in a private function. Kiptoo has asked Kenyans speculating on his death to stop and allow the family to grieve their keen.
