Well, that is not the case for other people appointed by President William Ruto to various positions. They boldly turned the offers down leaving Kenyans talking.
One person who turned down President William Ruto’s appointment has left Kenyans asking questions after being seen by former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
Dr. Munyaka a few weeks ago declined the appointment of President William Ruto to the genetic board. According to him, he was held up somewhere hence could not take up the position.
