Raila Odinga is expected to shift his base to Addis Ababa Ethiopia if he wins the AUC chair seat. He will have to take over the residence currently being used by Musa Faki who is expected to retire next month.

Speaking in Siaya, Raila promised Nyanza people one thing if he wins the election. Speaking in Siaya county at Yimbo, Raila promised his supporters to continue listening to them and working closely with the leaders in the area even while in Ethiopia.

He maintained that he will still continue taking part in the national interests going forward so that things can run smoothly at home while he is in Ethiopia.
He maintained that the only reason he decided to take the AUC chair challenge was after the president and some African leaders approached him with an offer to lead the continent to the greater heights.
Odinga was unveiled a few months ago in front of other Presidents who promised to support his Candidature. One of the most trusted allies of Raila is Museveni. He has been supporting Odinga Publicly for the seat. Well, let’s wait and see how things will play out soon.
