Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga has been warned and informed how his own Party Secretary general Senator Edwin Sifuna is destroying the party while helping Ruto win the 2027 general election.
For months now, Edwin Sifuna has been making decisions against the party. While appearing on Citizen TV interview a few months ago, the vibrant senator declared that he will not be supporting President William Ruto in the 2027 general election and that, he will jump ship if his party ODM supports Ruto.
Well, Kileleshwa ward MCA Robert Alai has warned Raila Odinga about Sifuna. According to him, Sifuna is scattering all chances of ODM party getting the second in command position in the general election. This is because, he is causing confusion and by doing that, the President is now more focused on Kindiki who is proving to be a formidable running mate in the election.

On Nairobi Politics. Alai has claimed that Sifuna has made it difficult for the ODM party by defending Sakaja who is corrupt. A person he is expected to checkmate and call him out in case of looting and massive corruption.

My party ODM is wasting its chance to strongly negotiate with UDA in the 2027 power sharing agreement.
Sifuna is an agent of Gachagua to ensure that ODM’s position is weakened and left with the short end of the stick as the inevitable power sharing agreement nears.
First ODM was to have a strong submission for Deputy President. That seems to have slipped away as Kindiki has built a credible profile to give President Ruto no reason to doubt him as a reliable running mate in 2027. How will ODM dethrone Kindiki from this position? How?
Again, ODM was to negotiate for Nairobi Governor. Sakaja and Sifuna have teamed as the incompetent duo to ensure that ODM is now not a reliable party to Govern Nairobi. When everyone has complained of Sakaja, Sifuna who has the primary responsibility of oversighting the Nairobi City County leadership, has gone quiet.
When MCAs wanted to impeach Sakaja, Sifuna hired the Methuselah of civil society, Cyprian Nyamwamu to blackmail the MCAs that if they try to impeach Sakaja, the county will be dissolved.
Why is my party still putting up with the idiotic SG who has shown extreme lack of foresight and competence in the management of ODM? Why is Sifuna still the SG? Apenjou! Do we know what we are doing to the party?
Now we have ODM party SG being chaperoned by Wamuchomba and Wamunyoro. Haki ya Mungu. We joke a lot.
