Kasipul member of Parliament Honorable Charles Were Ong’ondo was laid to rest today at his rural home in his constituency. Several leaders attended his final rites eulogizing him as a man who stood for truth and defended the Orange democratic Party with his whole heart.
Well, during the burial, Raila Odinga shocked many with revelation of what the late member of Parliament did.

Odinga claimed that the late legislator jumped into his vehicle during Piny Luo festival fearing for his life. He continued by saying that Ong’ondo knew his killers who were targeting him way before the fatal shooting in Nairobi.
“Ong’ondo knew what was going to happen to him. During Piny Luo festival in January, he jumped into my car saying there are people following him and have bad intentions.” Said Odinga.
Kenyans have taken to social media to sympathize with Odinga for losing a dependable political friend who mobilized the ground intensively for the party he loved do much.
