For decades, Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga has enjoyed massive support from Nyanza residents. He has used the voting block to negotiate for power over a very long time.
Well, since the formation of broad based government, things are not working out well for Odinga. A section of people from Nyanza are not happy with what is currently happening and have decided to make their feelings known.
According to the video shared online, Kisumu residents have warned Raila that the broad based government is slowly affecting his popularity in the Nyanza region.
They claimed that, it has reached to appoint that unfortunate events are happening. Raila being heckled in Nyanza was something that never imagined could happen.

However, in Homabay County, there was a dramatic scene where Raila was heckled and even other Orange democratic Party leaders denied a chance to speak.
” Raila was a good person before he joined the government. He is no longer listening to our cries. He is even attacking those who are protesting. The same thing he used to do while in opposition a few months ago. He should not do that at all, Kenyans are fighting for good governance and he should not derail that for his own personal gains.” Said one resident.
