Well, according to Energy Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandai who is a close ally of Raila Odinga. Raila has instructed them to support President William Ruto’s re-election bid in the 2027 general election. He continued by claiming that they will not abandon the President and will continue asking their people to support the President heavily.
“Mr. President, I want to confirm here today, our Party leader Mr. Raila Odinga has instructed us to support you all the way to 2032. We are going to do exactly that, and our people will stand by you to the last person. We don’t joke, we mean what we say.” Said Opiyo Wandai.
