Speaking in Homa Bay County. Homabay town member of Parliament Honorable Peter kaluma maintained that the only thing that will determine how things will play out in broad based government is how the investigation into the killing of Charles Were will be conducted.
He claimed that they are evaluating and following keenly how the government is conducting the investigation and no stone shall remain unturned.
