The President of the republic of Kenya His Excellency William Ruto is not a happy person as per the speech he made while In Homa Bay County. The President and his team are currently attending a devolution conference in Nyanza region.
Before the conference, the head of state was seen launching projects and commissioning others. He officially opened the Homa Bay County headquarters building. A building that cost the county almost one billion shillings.
Well, during his speech, Ruto made it clear to Kenyans how he is going to deal with a scandal that is brewing within his administration.

According to President William Ruto, members of Parliament in various House committees are soliciting for bribes. They are demanding money from executives and governors. The President continued by calling on the speaker of the national assembly to check on that and make sure that it ends immediately.
” There’s something fishy happening within the legislative arm of government. People in those committees are demanding money from the office of the executive, governors and anyone who appears before them for accountability. That game should end immediately. Speaker, that is unfortunate and should not be allowed to continue. ” Said President William Ruto.
President William Ruto’s remarks have left many Kenyans who have asked the President to go straight to the point and name those people demanding for bribes. They are calling for the end of corruption within the government for good governance.
