It seems like the head of State has changed his approach on how to deal with protesters. Speaking in Bomet county after attending a church service, Ruto claimed that anarchists are taking on the streets and that his administration will deal with them firmly.

” I want to tell those trying to destabilize our nation through protests sponsored by foreigners that we will deal with them accordingly. I have tried to talk to them, but they have been running away. It’s time to focus as a country and deliver” said Ruto while in Bomet.
