A few days ago, Nyeri County governor His Excellency Mutahi Kahiga was caught in camera celebrating the passing on of the late Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga.
According to Kahiga, Raila’s passing on was because of god listening to Agikuyu prayers of then losing developments to the Western region. The developments that were meant for the people of Mount Kenya region.
His remarks sparked mixed reactions with Kenyans calling for his arrest. Despite resigning as Vice chair of the council of governors.

Leaders still demanded for his resignation as the governor of Nyeri. Well, Oburu Odinga has opened up on how the family felt when Kahiga Issued those remarks.
According to Oburu, the family felt devastated but forgave him for his shortcomings. They have even asked him to visit the grave if he wishes and pay his last respect to the late Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga.
