Kasipul member of Parliament Charles Were was murdered in cold blood by assassins while in Nairobi. According to Police reports, the vibrant legislator was killed at Chiromo mortuary roundabout by a gunman who was riding on a motorbike.
It is alleged that the gun man alighted from the motorbike, fired over five bullets, pumping them in the legislators body before fleeing the scene.

Well, Police officers have arrested suspects including a police officer over the murder. It is reported that those Arrested are part of the team that coordinated the whole trailing up to the assassination of the member of Parliament.
The postmortem which was conducted by government pathologist Oduor, revealed the exact thing that killed the legislator.
According to the pathologist, the legislator died of severe blood loss and damage to the vital organs, especially the heart. Jahansen Oduor also suggested that the late legislator had several bullet wounds ranging from the hands and chest.
His burial is expected on Friday as Police officers continue with the investigation of the matter. May his soul rest in peace.
