Tranzoia County governor His Excellency George Natembeya has finally responded after a video of him running for his life was shared by the people of Kabuchai, Bungoma County.
From the video, his bodyguards quickly jumped in to save his life after unknown people opened fire at the crowd which had gathered to listen to him in Chwele -Kabuchai Ward.
The Convoy later headed to Honorable Majimbo Kalasinga home where they found goons attacking the home. The goons destroyed window pens leaving Kenyans shocked.

Well, addressing members of the press, Natembeya has accused speaker of the national assembly Honorable Moses Wetangula of being behind the attacks that has left a trail of distractions.
According to Natembeya, what happened was so unfortunate and those who planned and used youths should be arrested and be prosecuted. He called out police officers for failing to take action despite having information of on the attacks.
What happened here is so unfortunate. We should not entertain such things at all cost. Why are we being attacked by them? Is engaging the community a problem this days? They have been in power for a very long time without doing anything. Now, we are speaking to our people are suddenly, they are very angry. We will not Stop doing what we are doing. Our community must be respected and valued going forward.” Said Natembeya.
