According to the chief who spoke passionately to the cabinet secretary. He claimed that, those being displayed from police headquarters should be sent to the stores to take charge of distributing uniforms.
According to them, they are rude and they don’t associate well with key security agencies in villages. He continued by claiming that, they don’t have anything in their payslips hence end up harassing women and Youths demanding bribes and these leads to Kenyans hatting the government because of them.
