First lady Mama Rachel Ruto message of joy to Kenyans turned bitter once the message was sent online. Kenyans have asked her tough questions on the current affairs in the country. From the video sent, Mama Rachel told Kenyans, they have achieved so much as a country.
She Asked Kenyans to reflect how last year, she led the nation in prayers at Kasarani, prayers that led to rains. She also claimed, during the floods season, the country prayed until the floods ended. Kenyans have camped at comment section on her video asking her to focus on real issues at hand.

Kenyans asked Mama Rachel Ruto to have a sit-down with the head of state and tell him the challenges Kenyans are having.
” Mama Rachel Ruto, we are suffering here. We think God for the prayers, but can we have some real hands on activities that can been seen? Why are you mocking us?” Said Mercy.
” Mama we love you so much. But this is not the right time to deal with this issue this way. We need a focused policy that can be supplemented by prayers. Not just prayers only. Let’s have a real conversation now” said Maina.
