Deputy President of the republic of Kenya his Excellency Kithure Kindiki has finally opened up just hours after Ruto was hit by a show in Migori and political rally in Wamunyoro, Nyeri County.
Through his official social media account, Kindiki who camped in Gatundu, Kiambu county has made the public know his feelings. He has posted a message ” The contest is now clearly defined.”

Political analysts have interpreted the message from Kindiki as an indication of taking a political stand. This is an indication that now the government will continue with service delivery as others continue with politics.
Since his appointment as the third Deputy President, Kindiki has been avoiding politics. He has maintained that his work is to make sure that the President delivers his mandate as elected leader.
While In Nyeri, Linturi attacked Kindiki claiming that he was a Yes sir person. According to him, he was appointed because he cannot challenge the President on critical issues. Well, let’s wait and see how things will play out.
