
Kenyans are up in the arms after Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga made an announcement on behalf of the Kenya Kwanza administration.
Since joining the government in 2024 after deadly protests. Raila Odinga has been enjoying a good working relationship with President William Ruto.
They have been seen together launching projects here and there. They have even gone ahead to hold a parliamentary group meeting in Karen, Nairobi County. Well, it is the latest announcement that has left Kenyans talking online.

On his social media platforms, Raila Odinga has explained how the republic of Kenyan government is planning to introduce a digital currency. The currency is expected to elevate the country economically and create a good economic platform for the youths.

We are pleased to announce that kenya token will soon launch. A new digital asset aimed at improving our financial system and supporting economic growth.
Kenya is stepping up to lead Africa into the crypto revolution, embracing digital finance and shaping a more crypto-friendly future. The Official token will be launched on @solana” posted Raila on his X platform.
Well, Kenyans are demanding answers from President William Ruto. According to them, they should be told the position that Raila Odinga is holding in his administration that is allowed to make government speeches and directives.
For months now, Raila Odinga has maintained that he is not in the government of the day and that, he only allowed his people to help President William Ruto stabilize his administration during protests.
