Kenyans are mourning again. Just a few days after Makueni County lost their trade CEC and the gospel music industry lost their legendary singer, Betty Bayo who was laid to rest a few days ago at her home in the central region.
National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula has announced the passing on of the long serving parliamentary official who passed away in Germany.

According to the speaker of the national assembly Honorable Moses Wetangula, Dr. Philip Buchere passed away in Germany where he went to seek further medical attention. He has hailed him as someone who was focused and did his work diligently without being compromised.
Until his death, Buchere was serving as the Chairperson of the broad of trustees for the Parliamentary service commission staff pension schemes. He joined the Parliamentary service commission in 2013 where he rose through different ranks until the current he was holding until his passing on.
