The President of the republic of Kenya His Excellency William Ruto has congratulated his counterpart from the United republic of Tanzania for winning the election.
President Samia Suluhu was elected the President of Tanzania with about 98% of votes in the country. This was after the major opposition parties were banned from taking part in the election.
President William Ruto has asked the people of Tanzania to maintain peace and order after the election and promised that Kenya will continue to work with the republic of Tanzania on various policies as it has been before.

However, Kenyans have camped at the post made by the president asking him to call out his counterpart for the alleged killings that are happening in the republic of Tanzania.
For five days now, a section of people from Tanzania have been hitting the road calling out the government for allegedly rigging election despite banning the main opposition parties from contesting.
Many people have been injured during the fracus and are currently nursing their injuries in various Hospitals across the country.
