Suna East Member of Parliament, Junet Mohammed, is facing mounting pressure from Kenyans to provide clarity on his recent claims that former President Uhuru Kenyatta is attempting to destabilize the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
Speaking in his constituency, Junet alleged that Uhuru had promised 1 billion shillings to individuals willing to pull ODM away from the broad-based administration and align it with the United Opposition.
The bold allegations have sparked outrage and curiosity among Kenyans, who are now demanding that Junet names the alleged intermediaries connecting Uhuru to the ODM party.

Social media platforms have been flooded with calls for Junet to present concrete evidence to support his claims, with many questioning the motives behind his statements.
Political analysts have noted that if Junet fails to provide names or evidence, his credibility within both his constituency and the wider political landscape could be severely affected.
Meanwhile, ODM supporters have warned against attempts to tarnish the party’s reputation, emphasizing the need for unity following the recent passing of party leader Raila Odinga.
As tensions rise, all eyes are now on Junet Mohammed to clarify the identities of those allegedly involved and provide proof of the purported plan to weaken ODM.
