A presiding judge has strongly come out to ask Kenyans to be careful with what they do online. This is coming just a day after the former Law Society of Kenya President, Nelson Havi started a campaign online to clear the courts off rogue Judges.
According to Nelson Havi, a section of Judges have been abusing power by failing to issue justice to the people of Kenya as per the constitution of Kenya. One of the judges singled out.

In a video seen by us, Justice Nixon Sifuna has cried out to the general public and specifically the lawyers. According to him, there is no need for the people to attack the judges online.
Instead of opening such wars, they should try and fix their agitation through the right channels. He spoke this in Chambers just a day after Nelson Havi criticized him for being incompetent and failing to act accordingly while delivering justice.
“Nixon Sifuna has no legal or moral authority to lecture anyone on decorum, respect and humanity. He is a sadist and narcissist. Besides, he should know that we do not go to Court to seek favors from Judges. We go to Court to seek justice as a matter of Constitutional rights.” Posted Nelson Havi.
