Independent Electoral Commission Commissioner Noor Hassan Noor has issued a warning to Kenyans just hours after former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua called out Electoral officials alleging that there are plans to rig an election in Mbeere North by the Kenya Kwanza administration.
According to Gachagua, many people are holding meetings in various parts of Mbeere North with one common goal of making sure Wamudhende is elected.
Well, speaking after inspecting the ballot papers that were received in the country ahead of the November 27, by-Elections across the country.

Commissioner Noor Hassan Noor warned aspirants not to try anything against the election laws. According to him, anyone found violating the laws will be disqualified immediately.
For the people of Kasipul Constituency, Noor Hassan Noor assured them of high security plans that will ensure those who will be going to the polling station to vote will be safe from any attacks.
He concluded by saying that the commission is ready to conduct the By-election and that Kenyans should not be worried about what is coming since everything is in place as expected.
