Kenyans are still following up on the progress of leasing Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The airport is supposed to be leased for a period of 30 years with 18 percent life shares.
Workers at the airport protested demanding the full disclosure of the deal to the general public. They even halted work for over eight hours in protest of the takeover.
The court finally temporarily stopped the transition of the airport to Adani group. They halted until the case is heard and determined by the courts. The case was filled by Law society of Kenya.
