The opposition team is seemingly organizing itself for a political duel with President William Ruto come 2027 general election. The once silent team is rejuvenating itself with strategies that have left Kenyans asking questions.
According to the reports, the team led by former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka has met in Wamunyoro. The message of the meeting was communicated strongly to Kenyans.

Speaking at his home in Wamunyoro, Nyeri county where he hosted a delegation of opposition leaders, Gachagua told Ruto to call his people to order. He asked them to stop attacking President Uhuru Kenyatta or else, he will order youths to abuse the President when he visits Mount Kenya region next time.
He also claimed that Mount Kenya region gave the President over 47 percent votes and made him the President and come 2027, the same region will send him home by winning the elections.
Gachagua called on the opposition team to remain United to the goal. The goal being sending Ruto and his team home.
