Gachagua’s Statement Just After Being Accused Of Coup And Abductions

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is a marked man from President William Ruto camp. For the better part of the day, he was accused of being part of the ongoing abdication and also trying to remove President William Ruto from office.

Kibwezi West member of Parliament Mwengi Mutuse accused Gachagua of abducting youths so that he can create tension and benefit from it.

On the other hand, national assembly majority leader Kimani Ichung’wah claimed that it was Gachagua who facilitated June protests with an aim of toppling President Ruto.

Speaking in Kilgoris, Narok County. Ichung’wah alleged that Gachagua used his people to break into Parliament and were planning to march to state House in an attempted coup.

Well, Gachagua has taken to his official X account with a message to Kenyans. Completely not bothered by the accusations from Mutuse and Ichung’wah. Gachagua has Shared pictures of his meeting with Roysambu member of Parliament Hon. Augustine Kamande. He stated that their dissuasion was about education and unity.

“This evening, I held a meeting with the Roysambu Member of Parliament Hon. Augustine Kamande Kamau, popularly known as Mwafrika, at my Wamunyoro Residence. Hon. Mwafrika shared with me the views and opinions of the great people of Roysambu and their proposals for what we should do in the new year.
