Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is ready to settle the political debate of who is the Kingpin in Mount Kenya region between President William Ruto and him.
In the 2022 general election, Ruto got massive support from Mount Kenya region despite then President Uhuru Kenyatta vouching for the late Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga.
Well, after falling out. Gachagua has made it clear, his mission is to remove President William Ruto on the ballot in the 2027 general election. But before that, he needs to teach him a lesson In Mbeere North. Speaking today, Gachagua revealed the best tactic he is going to use to defeat Ruto completely.

Speaking to Mbeere North residents through a phone call. Gachagua promised to go to Mbeere North and camp there for ten consecutive days. According to him, this will destroy all the gains that the government machinery has been doing there for weeks now.
He has asked them to remain calm and believe in his plan on November 27, 2027. The Mount Kenya region will send a clear message to the Kenya Kwanza administration that people are tired and will never vote for the President again.
The Kenya Kwanza administration has been sending senior government officials to Mbeere North with an aim of retaining the seat which was previously held by Ruku who is now a cabinet secretary in the Kenya Kwanza administration.
