Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen will have to go back to the drawing board and rethink his directive after his order was publicly ignored.
Speaking in Kakamega a few days ago, the interior Cabinet Secretary made it clear at Jukwa LA Usalama initiative that his docket will not tolerate any political goonism in Kenya. However , his direction was ignored by goons in Kakamega County.

Today at Golf Hotel, political goons stormed the press conference by Caleb Burudi who was protesting the nomination of Seth Panyako as the DAP Kenya Party candidate in Malava By-election. Burudi wanted a nomination to be done in Malava and was confident of winning the ticket.
While addressing journalists, goons stormed his meeting dismantling cameras and sending him away together with his supporters.
Leaders in the Western region have called on Murkomen to rain on the goons and restore order in western region ahead of high octane political activities in Malava by election.
