Is Deputy President of the republic of Kenya a lonely man? Is he walking a tight race with those he once laughed and campaigned with abandoned him? Who really want him out of office so fast that even over 40 law makers from Mount Kenya region have signed to ouster him.
The list of those who want him out of government has elicited mixed reaction online, keeping in mind they are coming from his region. The region he has publicly defended at all cost.
Well, it seems like no one is going to respect him going forward. Not even governors who are his juniors as per ranking in government. They are not responding to him the way they want. Not like a second in command should be responded to.
He is now treated like a second class leader despite holding a powerful position in Kenya Kwanza administration.
Well, just after Mount Kenya leaders abandoned him and declared Kindiki as their official kingpin. Gachagwa has not stopped supporting his people. He took to social media to ask Nairobi governor Sakaja listen to traders at Muthurwa market who were being ejected forcefully from their stalls and moved to new market.
He reminded Sakaja how he moved there in 2022 campaigning for him vigorously with a promise they won’t be frustrated. Well, Sakaja in his response asked Gachagwa to call him instead of posting online.
