Former National Assembly Majority leader and now the Cabinet Secretary of health, Honorable Aden Duale had a heated argument with Honorable Kibagendi during the health Committee seatings.
Duale was accused of looting money in SHA scheme and pretending to work. Honorable Kibagendi claimed that there is totally nothing working at the ministry of health.

Well, just after a war of words with Honorable Kibagendi. Aden Duale landed in another trouble with Nandi County Woman representative Honorable Cynthia Muge.
Honorable Muge accused Duale for being full of himself. He continued by claiming that instead of responding to the relevant questions asked about the working formula of the SHA, he is diverting the questions with funny responses.
Chair, what is happening with this cabinet secretary is that he doesn’t care what people are going through. His mission is to divert the important questions with funny answers. As the representative of the people, we should demand accountability from the CS. We cannot allow what is happening to continue this way. He must respect these committees.” Said Honorable Muge Angrily.
