Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga is having a tough week this month. A few days ago, he lost his personal bodyguard, George Oduor.
George Oduor was one of few individuals trusted by Raila. He attended almost all the meetings chaired or attended by Odinga. His demise was announced by the ODM party officials leaving Kenyans sending their condolences.
Well, he has lost his personal lawyer. An advocate who represented him in various political court battles, including the 2022 general election petition at the Supreme court of Kenya.
Through his official X handle, Rarieda Member of Parliament who is a close ally of Odinga broke the news of the passing on of Nowrojee to Kenyans. He eulogized him as a dependable person who made an impact in the legal field in Kenya.

Nowrojee together with now Siaya governor James Orengo and Otiende Amollo himself put up a spirited fight at the supreme court in 2022. They represented Odinga who was attempting to overturn the victory of President William Ruto.
This was not the first time Nowrojee was representing Odinga in court. He was also part of the team that overturned the election of President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2017 under the leadership of David Maraga as the Chief Justice of the republic of Kenya.
Well, his legal visibility in the corridor of justice will be missed. May his soul rest in peace and condolences to his family and that of Raila Odinga his client. Here is the video of him representing Odinga in court.
