President William Ruto was named as sixth respondent in the case filled by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua challenging his impeachment. The head of state was represented by advocate Kamontho challenging the petition by Gachagua.
Well, it seems like he has changed his mind. According to a report from the courts, advocate Kamontho has decided to drop out of the case. He will not be representing the President for this reason.
According to Adrian Kamotho, he has withdrawn from the case since President William Ruto cannot be sued in person.
