The National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula publicly clashed with Mumias East member of Parliament Honorable Peter Salasya. Speaking In Parliament during a heated debate, Wetangula dismissed Salasya after claiming that he was not being allowed to take the flow of the house for debate.
In his response, seemingly angered Wetangula took his time to lecture Salasya of key Issues in the national assembly.
In a video seen by us, Wetangula asked Peter Salasya to be careful and Stop debating national assembly issues on TikTok. Instead, he should be able to attend Parliament sessions consistently if he wants to be recognized and given more opportunity to speak at the floor of the house.

Wetangula was angry after Salasya alleged that he was being overlooked on the floor of the house and not given the opportunity to address the bribery issues raised by President William Ruto.
” I want to ask Honorable Salasya to be attending more sessions in this house. That will help me to identify him and allow him to Debate. He cannot continue airing house Issues on TikTok and expect any favour without attending sittings.” Said Wetangula.
