Since taking over as the first ever female Chief Justice in the country, Martha Koome has been facing plenty of praises and attacks in equal measures. Although she has been trying hard to turn things around, she has never managed to satisfy some Kenyans who have been attacking her time and again.
While that is the case, today things were even worse on Koome’s side as she was badly embarrassed by Nelson Havi.
Through his official X account, the former Law Society of Kenya President humiliated the current Chief Justice as he claimed that the CJ has a big ego but a diminutive legal perspective.
According to Nelson Havi, the only Tribunal established to prove a Judge under the tenure of CJ Martha Koome was against Justice Mohamed Kullow when the main complaint was failure to respond to a letter from the CJ, yet on other important cases, no Tribunal has ever been formed.
