Video: Volume Of Evidence Presented By Gachagua Leave Kenyans Talking

The second in command, the most powerful seat after the Presidency is one of the positions anyone will fight to get. The seat comes with privileges attached to it that can elevate someone to a better position in the society. This might be the reason why Gachagua is fighting to retain his seat amid spirited fight from legislators fighting to topple him.

Well, today on October 14, 2024. Gachagua through his lawyers presented documents in huge volumes. The documents are evidence that he did not break the law contrary to what is being said.

Chief Justice Martha Koome appointed a bench of three judges that are tasked with mandate to listen, and determine the case filled by Gachagua.

Gachagua has filled over 10 cases in various courts with an aim of stopping the Senate from determining his removal from office. Kenyans are waiting to see what will happen on Wednesday during the session.
