Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Miseveni was seemingly angry in the video shared online. In the Video, Miseveni is seen pointing fingers at Hassan Omar for making a protocol mistake.
The personal aid to the President was forced to Swing into action and help Omar make the right move while trying to take a picture with the President of the republic of Uganda.
Kenyans have taken online to ask leaders to read and understand protocols of various countries they intend to visit, so that to avoid protocol confusion and a possible security breach.

Kenyans have asked Hassan Omar to be sure of protocols before visiting Uganda going forward.
” How did he miss the protocols. It Seems there was a failure at the end of protocol officers within the United Democratic party. How did they expose their secretary general like that? Do we blame protocol or incompetence.” Asked Amir.
” I like how Miseveni handled the situation. He directed him accordingly. Next time, they should know better.” Said Charles.
