Wise men says the best way of solving a problem is through dialogue. Sitting down and listening to grievances should be the basis of any negotiation that are aimed at finding a lasting solution.
Well, what happens if that is not the the case? Maybe litigation should be emphasized then. The courts should decide and rule on. Whoever litigates perfectly carries the day.
Well, Parliament is a respected house and everything happening theres should and must be within the law.
Legislators have a duty to make and amend laws in any case deemed appropriate. However, that was not the case as the house of laws turned to the house of blows.

Well, the speaker of the Somaliland Parliament was able to contain the situation before the house was adjourned till further notice.
