The debate of splitting the Mount Kenya region into west and east is gaining momentum after Mbeere North by-election.
According to governor Cecily Mbarire who was speaking at an event in Embu County, it is now time for the people of the west to stand with Deputy President Kithure Kindiki on his quest to become the President of the republic of Kenya in future or else.
