Busia County senator Okiya Omutatah is a man under siege. The renowned activist come politician has been on limelight defending himself for days now since the disappearece of popular cartoonist Kibet Bull. It was alleged that Kibet was picked up by armed men just few hours after meeting Okiya Omutatah at his office.
In a video widely shared online, Tourism Fund boss Sylas Tochim has demanded that Okiya Omutatah produce cartoonist Kibet Bull. according to him, he was the last person who was seen with Kibet and he is hiding him in a hotel eating chapatis.

” We want to tell Okiya Omutatah to release Kibet Bull immediately. He is hiding him in a hotel somewhere and they are enjoying chapatis. He should not accuse the President of abductions when they know where our kids are. This must end immediately. ” Saud Tochim.
A few days ago, Okiya Omutatah distanced himself from claims that he gave out the location to the police who abducted Kibet. He even recorded a statement clarifying that he only met Kibet over a project they were to perform together.
